Wait, I have another: Let the auto makers bust the unions and open the positions up to ANYONE who will do it (with the caveat that anyone be LEGALLY in our country). Now we are on to something. Especially since Ford recently admitted it can’t build small cars to compete with Japanese makers because labor costs are too high. What a sham.

I’ll come out and say it, “I voted for John McCain”. I’m not afraid to say that as I am very proud of voting Republican and what that vote stands for. I can stand for a change in government, in fact I am all for it once and a while, but this election was not the time. This election to me was a bandwagon election.

Thinking back through the months prior to the election and talking with friends and relatives about why they are voting for Barrack Obama brought up many questions. One question is, do you actually know what his policies are? Think about it, if you went up to a majority of the Obama supporters out there, do you really think they understand why they are voting for him or is it just because the celebrities are doing it, he’s black or it’s against the norm. Way to many times I would ask someone, “tell me one reason why you are voting for Barrack” and so many times I would get responses about his character or that he stands for change. Well, anyone running for President in these times most likely stands for change, duh. People have no idea why they voted for Obama other than to jump on the bandwagon of what some elite people think is a good idea.

Point proven right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqAiarOhC2U. Listen to this clip and this will explain why I am blabbering on about why I think this election was a fraud. Another example, being Republican, I do watch Fox News and I was watching Hannity and Colmes a couple of weeks before the election and they had on about 20 Obama supporters. Hannity asked the whole group of people “name one specific accomplishment of Barrack”, not one person out of 20 could name something he has done. They all named character traits about the man. Not one person could name something he has done to further this nation other than be a good speaker and that is the man the majority of the country put their support behind. That makes no sense.

Here are a couple of other links that are very convincing to my argument:

I had an interesting thought tonight.

I was listening to an ad for a candidate on the radio. His career highlight apparently was that he had voted to expand coal, oil and wind energy in our state.

That got me thinking about a comment someone made to me not to long ago when I was telling them about my trip to the badlands and how there was so much oil production going on that I was in disbelief and highly disappointed, because of what it was doing to the area. Their comment was drill, drill, drill… drill it all.

Of course my thoughts were… easy for you to say, one who never makes it out of the city or off the black top. Sucks for people like me, the virtue of the land and the animals who make it home.

Within a minute after the commercial I was thinking about that conversation, the badlands, the Gulf, all the oil under the national parks in the SE US and ANWAR.

It then dawned on me that drilling is exactly what needs to be done - “we” really do need drill it all. There are so many people who never realize the cost, the why and how it really doesn’t matter? Don’t get me wrong I’m a consumer, but that doesn’t mean I’m completely unaware. It also doesn’t mean I’m completely against the use of these resources. I just cannot stand the ignorance of so many people and their complete disregard for everything else involved - especially concerning oil.

Anyway, I’m actually convinced that we need to encourage the drilling (only with extreme environmental consideration of course). The reason being that the closer we get to the last drop is the closer we get to the day when the badlands are free again and places like ANWAR will be completely forgotten to all but those who really care about it.

This is the only thing that will provide the momentum necessary to initiate the use of an energy source that is truly renewable and that will get all of these eye sores out of our wild places.

Imagine the month before the world realizes that we are that close to the last drop - will it be absolute chaos or will the world give a big sigh of relief?

I find these thoughts incredibly interesting, even if it is hard to believe…

I generally tend to be a conspiracy theorist and I fully believe that we have not even come close to the pinnacle of knowledge, contrary to what many of our present day scientists seem to believe. So, as I said before I find things of this nature very fascinating.

Anyway, read this article and be prepared - the movie “The Island” comes to mind.

You might recall a post I wrote a few months back, titled something to the effect of “Big Bang?”. I can’t recall exactly but I think it was in July.

Anyway, in that article I talked about a few things with the main point being about the fact the big bang theory is starting to loose it’s foothold.

Turns out that there is something out there in space that has been happening that just doesn’t fit within the big bang theory. Actually, it doesn’t fit within any theory that we currently understand.

All that they really know at this point is that this matter, called “dark flow” is moving in a specific direction at about 2 million miles per hour!

Check out this article Dark Flow

Bail out? I have a better plan and I am not even running for office.

I’m against the $85,000,000,000.00 bailout of AIG.

Instead, I’m in favor of giving $85,000,000,000 to America in a We Deserve It Dividend.

To make the math simple, let’s assume there are 200,000,000 bonafide U.S. Citizens 18+.

Our population is about 301,000,000 +/- counting every man, woman and child. So 200,000,000 might be a fair stab at adults 18 and up.

So divide 200 million adults 18+ into $85 billon that equals $425,000.00.

My plan is to give $425,000 to every person 18+ as a We Deserve It Dividend.

Of course, it would NOT be tax free. So let’s assume a tax rate of 30%.

Every individual 18+ has to pay $127,500.00 in taxes. That sends $25,500,000,000 right back to Uncle Sam.

But it means that every adult 18+ has $297,500.00 in their pocket. A husband and wife has $595,000.00.
What would you do with $297,500.00 to $595,000.00 in your family?
Pay off your mortgage - housing crisis solved.
Repay college loans - what a great boost to new grads
Put away money for college - it’ll be there
Save in a bank - create money to loan to entrepreneurs.
Buy a new car - create jobs
Invest in the market - capital drives growth
Pay for your parent’s medical insurance - health care improves
Enable Deadbeat Dads to come clean - or else

Remember this is for every adult U.S. Citizen 18+ including the folks who lost their jobs at Lehman Brothers and every other company that is cutting back. And of course, for those serving in our Armed Forces.

If we’re going to re-distribute wealth let’s really do it…instead of trickling out a puny $1000.00 ( “vote buy” ) economic incentive that is being proposed by one of our candidates for President.

If we’re going to do an $85 billion bailout, let’s bail out every adult U.S. Citizen 18+!

As for AIG - liquidate it. Sell off its parts.

Let American General go back to being American General. Sell off the real estate. Let the private sector bargain hunters cut it up and clean it up.

Here is my rationale. We deserve it and AIG doesn’t.

Sure it’s a crazy idea that can “never work.”

But can you imagine the Coast-To-Coast Block Party!

How do you spell Economic Boom?

I trust my fellow adult Americans to know how to use the $85 Billion We Deserve the Dividend more than the geniuses at AIG or in Washington DC .

And remember, this plan only really costs $59.5 Billion because $25.5 Billion is returned instantly in taxes to Uncle Sam.

What do you think?
